Transgender Day of Remembrance

TDOR remembers the trans* people around the world who lost their lives to violence and suicide. We urge congregations to pray for their trans* neighbors on Sunday, Nov. 19, to read the names of those who were lost, and to renew their commitment to advocate with and for the trans* community. The names for 2016 will be posted on the TDOR website in November.

Johnson Scholarship Deadline
March 1, 2017

The William R. Johnson Scholarship is available for openly LGBTQ candidates for authorized ministry in the United Church of Christ, including seminarians and others pursuing studies for ministry. Applicants must be recognized as “Members in Discernment” by the UCC. March 1 is the deadline for applications.
