Perfect Love Drives Out Fear: Standing in Solidarity on World AIDS Day

As followers of Christ, we are called to love our neighbors as ourselves. On World AIDS Day, we stand in solidarity with all those affected acted by HIV/AIDS, offering compassion, support, and a commitment to justice and a cure. We reject stigma and discrimination, remembering Jesus’ own embrace of all those society marginalized. We intentionally embrace those living with HIV/AIDS as the beautiful, beloved of God’s family.
“There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear.” – 1 John 4:18
Let us work towards a world free from AIDS, where all are loved, valued, and treated with dignity and respect.
